Following the release of his phenomenal EP, "Tomorrow Never Comes", multitalented artist UNDA, drops his latest collaboration with the beautiful vocals of Jazz Rich on "Take Over The World". For those of you who remember their last track together, "Cleopatra", the duo plan on releasing a full joint EP which will be dropping in September! After dropping the lead single, "BlurryOranges", earlier this year, the multitalented producer / rapper known as UNDA releases his highly anticipated EP, "Tomorrow Never Comes".

The 6 track project exposes the evolution and versatility of the Blunt Guts Nation artist's newfound sound. Drawing from a variety of elements, UNDA swims through this self composed liquid pool of synths and melodies drenched in soul as it rain's gold.

This whole EP is what I imagine would race through your mind if you were drowning.

Unda & J.Carter - Going Around The World [DWNLD]

RVS Presents The 50 Best Albums Of 2011

2011 has turned out to be a fantastic year in music. We saw the emergence of a variety of young talent in a range of genres. We also saw a slew of veteran artists return to what originally made them great. There has literally just been too much good music that came out this year that it's easy to understand if you couldn't keep up with a lot of it. When compiling this list we actually had somewhere around a 100 different albums that could all easily be on this list therefore narrowing it down to just 50 was extremely difficult and arduous. So give it up to all these talented artists in 2011!

Unda - BlurryOranges [Stream]

Earlier this year Blunt Guts Nation artists, Unda & P Villa, released what has easily been the most repeated album on my iTunes, Unda Tha Villa. Now, Unda is back with his newest ear entrancing single off his upcoming album, Tomorrow Never Comes entitled BlurryOranges. I can't help but get lost in this beat over and over again.

Also check out the second single, Tequila Sunrise, off the upcoming 2012 project.

The Blunt Guts crew also released a free compilation mixtape, featuring a number of dope producers entitled Eat More Blunt Guts.

DâM-FunK & Master Blazter Live @ Fort Greene Park, Brooklyn, New York & New D-F Tracks! [DWNLD]

Earlier this month Unda aka Undaground Tha Illest (1/3 of the Blunt Guts Nation crew) and myself had the privilege of seeing DJ Spinna, DâM-FunK & Master Blazter tear it up @ Fort Greene Park in Brooklyn, New York! DJ Spinna opened up the show with an ambient-funk set that had the entire park groovin' to the rhythm. DâM-FunK soon followed with his trademark, multitalented, backup band; Master Blazter. The band is composed of Computer Jay workin' the keys, J-1 slaughtering the drums and D-F doing everything musically possible! DâM put on one hell of a show. He was on the keyboards, doing Key-tar solo's all over the stage and jumping into the crowd all while singing every note perfectly at the same time. Check the high light reel of the show below:

Unda - Soon Is So Far Away [DWNLD]

Undaground Tha Illest is an up and coming producer/rapper/sound designer and also part of the Blunt Guts Nation crew composed of a number of talented artists.

I could not agree more with the above sentiments. I have known Unda for a long time and his music has come a very long way! This album incorporates elements of Jazz, Hip-Hop, Electronica and much more, forcing listeners to be challenged and brought to nu worlds of music while at the same time feeling the emotion and soul being emphasized by every song.

BEWARE: There are two incredible bonus tracks on the purchased version which I can vouch for. Definitely worth the 5 bucks!
