G.O.O.D. Music rapper, Big Sean, takes some time to rep The D with his latest mixtape, "Detroit". 

The 16 track project involves a number of guest spots from J. Cole, Mike Posner, Juicy J, French Montana, Royce Da 5'9, Kendrick Lamar, Chris Brown, Jhene Aiko, Tyga as well as short story interludes by Common, Young Jeezy and Snoop Lion.

The mixtape also features progressive production from KeY Wayne, Young Chop, Don Cannon and Hit-Boy among others.

Raphael Saadiq - They Don't Know You ft. Common & Ledisi (Prod. Steve Spacek) [Stream]

 " Back in 2004 Raphael Saadiq opened his studio doors to Spacek to produce an album for one of his sub labels, the album was supposed to be called "Pookie Blue Room" and features 10 songs produced by both Steve and Morgan (Spacek) with Raphael singing on all of them and featuring guest appearances by Common, Q-Tip, Ledisi, Steve Spacek and Sir Bentley (U know it was 2004 when u see Sir Bentley's name)....anyhow the album was never completed and therefore never released. "This new, previously unreleased track from Common was originally thought to be a leftover from the Like Water for Chocolate era, or around 1998-2000. But after several listens, it became clear that the reggae-tinged "Follow Me," which references former President George W. Bush and weapons of massive destruction, was likely recorded during the Be sessions, or 2003-05. Either way, new Common is still one hell of a treat, even with the unfinished feel of the track. Still, I could definitely hear this fitting in on Be, particularly because of the jazzy, horns-laden production." - Prefix Mag
