Raphael Saadiq - They Don't Know You ft. Common & Ledisi (Prod. Steve Spacek) [Stream]

 " Back in 2004 Raphael Saadiq opened his studio doors to Spacek to produce an album for one of his sub labels, the album was supposed to be called "Pookie Blue Room" and features 10 songs produced by both Steve and Morgan (Spacek) with Raphael singing on all of them and featuring guest appearances by Common, Q-Tip, Ledisi, Steve Spacek and Sir Bentley (U know it was 2004 when u see Sir Bentley's name)....anyhow the album was never completed and therefore never released. As one of the executive producer's of this album i have been sitting on those tracks for years now...sharing my fav with you now " - Mathieu Schreyer

J Dilla & Steve Spacek - The Look (Unreleased) [Stream]

Most of you Dilla-heads will remember the two classic collaborations between Jay Dee and Steve Spacek with "Dollar" and "Eve". Well earlier this week another unreleased collaboration surfaced circa 2007 entitled "The Look". Rumours are it will be pressed up on a vinyl release featuring another unreleased joint single! In the meantime feast your ears on this unreleased gem below!
