Nas - Bye Baby (Co-Prod. 40 & Salaam Remi) [Music Video]

Earlier this Summer when Nas released his phenomenal 11th studio album, "Life Is Good", one of the early standouts was the breakup anthem, "Bye Baby". The 40 and Salaam Remi co-produced single narrates Nas and Kelis' painful divorce with balanced and unbiased perspective which is very rare in breakup tracks. Now, the seasoned veteran closes this chapter of his life with the visuals. The video follows Nas' commentary and literal interpretation of the separation. Watch it below!

Rest In Peace Heavy D

We're sad to inform you that the legendary Heavy D, one of the most influential hip hop artists of the 90's passed away earlier today at the age of 44. To remember and pay tribute here is my personal favorite track by Heavy D & The Boyz, Now That We Found Love, featuring Aaron Hall. The Big Daddy's track, Blue Funk, is also one of my all time favorites as it defines everything I love about 90's hip hop. Nobody can do it quite like Heavy D. Nuttin' But Love for The Overweight Lovers In The House.
Damn...too many fallen soldiers this year. Rest in peace Heavy D.
