Palladium Boots Presents: Tokyo Rising Featuring Pharrell [Short Film]

In this brilliant short film the multitalented Pharrell Williams takes us on a tour of a Tokyo Rising after the devastation's of 3/11, exploring the correlations between the emergence of their abstract social culture and the disasters faced in the past.

" Tokyo faces a new reality after the tragedy of 3/11. While persistent challenges still lay ahead, the city’s creative class is hell-bent on making sure that their hometown thrives. Innovative and resilient, they are defining the future of Tokyo on their own terms. We put our boots on and went exploring. " - KarmaLoop TV

The Cool Kids keep summer alive with they're newest music video for the fresh hit, Summer Jam, off When Fish Ride Bicycles.

" Once again, The Cool Kids have teamed up with directors Maxim Bohichick and Alex Bergman of BBGUN Films to deliver a new video for their Green Label Sound single, "Summer Jam (feat. You're invited to one of the craziest pool parties of the season, so pack up your swim trunks, a towel and your croquet mallet. Asher Roth – Seared Foie Gras (Mixtape) [DWNLD]

I'm not normally into these types of Mixtapes but I had to post this one. Asher Roth alongside guest appearances by Blu, Talib Kweli and Pac Div, rhyme over a number of my favorite producers including Madlib, the late great J Dilla, 9th Wonder, RZA, Kanye West, Pharrell, Jake One, WillIAM, Just Blaze and more! Give it a spin and let me know if you think he does these extraordinary producers justice.

I was excited to hear this just by looking at the track listing!
