I've been on vacation so this is a little late but for you slow pokes out there that haven't been keeping up to date with the newest "Dilla, Dilla, Mix, Mix;" Stones Throw Records has been kind enuff to make J-Dilla's newest posthumous release, "Donut Shop" a free download!!! I still recommend getting a copy of this on vinyl with the free Serato Donut slip mats though!

Where my Dilla heads at??? Brand new J Dilla project coming out May 10th!!! Six new, unreleased, tracks on this flavorful Donut that I can't wait to take a bite out of. These tracks include “Safety Dance”, “Sycamore”, “Bars & Twists” and three unreleased instrumental versions of Dilla's production for Mos Def, Q-Tip and Busta Rhymes, each remastered by Elysian Masters who mixed and mastered J Dilla's Donuts, The Shining and Ruff Draft albums.



Heres a free goodie straight from the Donut Shop courtesy of Stones Throw: You guys must have heard at some point in your lives the 80's classic "Safety Dance" by Men Without Hats...well this is Dilla's take on it. This is just a preview so don't forget to get the Donut Shop album in May!
