Everyone that is remotely interested in electronic music has seen Dj Craze scratching live and showing off his skills to the world. If you haven't, here's your chance to redeem yourself.
But this post isn't here to get you all caught up; instead, Dj Craze had the brilliant idea to go round two. And if you thought round one was epic, round two leaves you KO'ed in the space of a couple of minutes. Enjoy!

Some old, unreleased Common is always welcome at RVS!
"This new, previously unreleased track fromCommonwas originally thought to be a leftover from the Like Water for Chocolate era, or around 1998-2000. But after several listens, it became clear that the reggae-tinged "Follow Me," which references former President George W. Bush and weapons of massive destruction, was likely recorded during the Be sessions, or 2003-05. Either way, newCommonis still one hell of a treat, even with the unfinished feel of the track. Still, I could definitely hear this fitting in on Be, particularly because of the jazzy, horns-laden production." - Prefix Mag
Beautiful tribute to Nate Dogg by Terrace Martin on the sax and Kenneth Crouch on the keys as they cover one of Nate's great tracks; Never Leave Me Alone.
Directed By Calmatic
Terrace had some words of tribute as well that you can check out below
When I first heard Lil B....I would have never guessed that he would release a gem like this. You know how you joke around with your friends sometimes saying "I should just release a meaningless, so called hip hop, mainstream, song to get famous quick and then start releasing the type of music I really want to make?" Well, I swear that this is exactly what Lil B is doing. The proof is right here with this very dope mixtape; Illusions Of Grandeur. We're getting dooped by Based God aka Marketing Genius.
While waiting for his new single 'No Sleep' to come out, Dj Will Eastman has dropped a free mix on Plant Music Records and it is ill! Check the track listing after the jump and some more cool info!

One of the finest purely electronic albums featuring sounds ranging from jazz to soul to deep house productions, Nicolas Jaar definitely does not fail to impress with his debut album Space Is Only Noise.
"Nicolas Jaar is only 21 years old, but he's already had quite the life. Much of his childhood was spent in Chile, but his formative years were spent in NY, where he entered the world of electronic music and released his first record before he completed high school, on the renowned Wolf + Lamb label no less. These days, he's actually pursuing a college degree at Brown, but he still finds the time to DJ around the globe, produce, and run his own imprint, Clown and Sunset." (via XLR8R)
His track "Take Me There" is brought to us by RCRD LBL as a freebie to sample but you should by no means stop there. Check out his XLR8R Podcast and go buy his album @ iTunes, it's worth the money!

" 2009. I asked my mans Aloe Blacc to laced this joint for the "Nowalataz" rerelease I was gonna do. I had asked an artist for each song, but I never really heard back from anyone so I ended up not getting the project done. However, Aloe Blacc was the first cat to ever hit me back. I sent him the joint and the NEXT day, he sent the verse back for the love. He wrote about being 14 years old. I appreciate him and thank him for looking out for me. Aloe, you know I got you..whatever you need. Peace. " - 14KT
DJ Spinna remix's DJ Centers In A Song off of his debut album Everything In Timefrom last year. This track is available on limited vinyl only In A Song 12" available here. The combination of two great DJ's with the beautiful vocals of Middle Child over the dope production result in a great track.

Childish Gambino, aka Donald Glover has been an internet sensation since the beginnings of Derrick Comedy last year. His ascension to the top has been propelled by his skills as a comedian and his star role in the hit TV show Community. Little did you know that he was a skilled rapper too. Wipe that surprised look off your face and come grab his latest EP off of his blog below. Slap it into your iTunes and then come back here, and check out his tour dates available after the jump. For those of you in Toronto, we're privileged to have him live in this very city. From us at RVS, props to this multitalented entertainer.
"As much as I'd like to have an elaborate story behind this ep, the truth is; it's simply a collection of beats that I made within a certain amount of time, that I feel stuck out from the rest. The selection was made by nobody else but me. With that being said, it is a completely honest and whole-hearted gesture.
The term "reliques" was used because I feel, aesthetically, it possess a universal and classic characteristic, and that is more or less the same kind of expression I am hoping to relay to you all with my music. Not like mozart style or some fuckin ape man shit... but the approachability and biological/ evolutionary familiarity of a word like reliques (an archaic variant of "relics") to me, really does magnify the intended essence of the music. and it means alot to me, so I guess there is some literal significance there too. I also like how the conceptual relation (music to title) kind of leaves you with room to venture, but doing so without being so vague as to seem arbitrary." - AL_PD
