DāM-FunK - I Don't Wanna Be A Star! [Music Video]
After releasing his well received EP, "I Don't Wanna Be A Star!" late last month, modern day g-fonk icon, DāM-FunK, let's loose the West Coast visuals for the smooth title track. The music video starts off with the Stones Throw artist surrounded by the tools of his musical passion followed by some good old fashion, down to earth cruisin', as he contemplates his anti-stardom. Tremendous respect to DāM for making it all about the music. Watch the video / buy the EP below and turn up the bass and let the trunk rattle!

DāM-FunK - 17 Days (Prince Cover) [Stream]
" Dam-Funk's first new tracks leading up to his next album "Invite the Light" are now released on the 12" maxi-single "I Don't Wanna Be A Star". The record contains two vocals - the title track and the Prince cover "17 Days" - and two instrumentals. Record cover by Freddy Anzures.
A video for the title track "I Don't Wanna Be A Star" is currently in production with director Eric Coleman - expect a premiere in early September 2012. "
